A little bit about myself

Hi, I’m Erica - a confidence coach and a speaker. I'm also second runner up of 100-speaker tournament season 4 and a top speaker award recipient. For the past few years, I’ve helped female coaches and consultants step into visibility with confidence, so they can build their authority, position themselves as experts, and grow their coaching businesses.

But this wasn’t always my story. I didn’t start as a confident coach and speaker. When I retired from my education career and stepped into coaching, I was also stuck. Every time I try to speak, pitch, or go live for my coaching, I get frozen in hesitation. Even with all the expertise, I was unable to show up confidently.

But everything changed the moment my coach, whom I admire, doubted my ability to speak. That’s when I realize that my voice has power, but I’m wasting it. Because here’s the truth: Confidence isn’t something that you are born with. But it’s a skill that you canlearn, practice, and own.

And once I realized this, it became the foundation of my coaching.

Now, I coach people to get seen, heard, and chosen for their values without any overwhelm.
